Cancellation Policy

• If you need to reschedule, your deposit fee can be transferable within the next 30 days of previous appointment ONLY if this is notified at least 24hrs before previous appt. • Rescheduling two times in a row WILL require a new non-refundable deposit fee. • Cancellations (without rescheduling) at least 24hrs prior to appt will NOT be charged a cancellation fee. • Same day cancellations without proper communication or no-shows will be charged a 40% cancellation fee, and won't be able to book any services again for a six month period.
